Going to the beach in July. Definitely doing this every day in June. Maybe I can get abs like Taylor Lautner. Actually, that’s kinda gross for a girl who is only 5’4. Hopefully this will help me get some definition though.

I’m baaaaaack.

Hello, lovelies! I have totally been slacking on my updates on here. Since my last post, I’ve been continuing the Couch to 5K plan with Ally and Lacey. I actually was home this past weekend, but I still did all my running days on our new treadmill. You may not believe this, but I like running outside better. I mean, yeah…sometimes I feel like my skin is going to melt off and the slightest hill makes me want to cry outside, but at least I can look at other things besides a wall. Just my opinion. Anyways, today I woke up, ate some frozen grapes (guys, they’re so good), and watched Say Yes to the Dress. You know, the usual. Then I realized I needed to make up for yesterday and run. I decided to ditch the plan and just run to see how my progress was coming along. My plan was to run a mile in less than 12 minutes. I ended up running it in 9 minutes, 45 seconds. Clearly I was thrilled. That Couch to 5K plan really works. This week will only be week 5, and I can tell a huge difference in my endurance and speed. Then I came home and flipped channels to find Across the Universe on the TV. The Beatles and a good workout? Today is sweet.
